First week on-site. Orientation was brief. No passwords given — just a layered schematic and a warning: “Don’t trust the clocks.”
They call it Convergence, but there’s no official document that uses the term. I asked someone from CORE-T about it, but he just said, “It’s not a network, it’s an event.”
When I opened Log A12 for analysis, I saw a string repeating: 7-12-19-19-23-5-12-12. Thought it was junk at first. Then I noticed the same numbers scrawled inside the elevator shaft.
Server room smells like ozone and rust. Can’t tell if that’s normal. Some kind of pulse keeps resetting my access terminal — every 61 minutes exactly. Not 60. Not 62.
I ran a checksum check on the night logs. No file is the same twice. I even printed one — and the paper was blank the next morning.
"Someone left a page under my door." It had no title. Just a line: Echo test failed — we are already inside.
